Amendment 1 [5xy]: Freedom

All foods in the cafeteria (excluding commissary snacks) will be organic, grown in California, and produced in California.

All inmates will be provided access, at any time requested, to bathroom facilities with toilet paper, a shower at a temperature they set, and access to needed soaps and bathroom products, all organic, and each facility must maintain over 80% of these products sourced and grown in California.

All clothes will be at least 60% organic fiber and said organic fiber must be grown, processed, and manufactured in California.

All inmates will be provided access, at any time requested, to the internet, on devices either refurbished or made in California.

All jobs will be paid the minimum wage of California unless a local minimum is higher.

All inmates will be provided with the tools and access to mentally rehabilitate to a societally safe level, within an environment that is safe, organic [In mater, and consenting. Inmates will also have access to trainings and educational development tools inside,  with a plan for success upon exit.
