Milliken and Archibald will be buried like in Boston and San Antonio, with a park on top! Our park will be a federally protected habitat--try building an aparment next to our tram stop. The cars will be on seperate levels to increase lanes. The arial tram will be above the park and go back and forth between the existing tree canopy.
We will put our water park underground beneath Central Park, entrance at street level. We will have an underground gondola that goes from the water park to a built out underground shopping across the street. The Baseline-Milliken Intersection will have a waterfall into the underground chamber.
Increasing density inside the community should increase the elogance too. Properties fronting streets transitioned to parks can aquire new land if their block agrees to 30-50% park-facing ADUs.
The second image is a front yard alternative that adds a second unit through a facade. Height execptions for added housing will be limited to a certain percent of the street, to maintain our views. If we cap your upward height, we will fund downward construction.

We need a Lake to STOP fires and lower insurance. We take our waste water and pump it into to mountain aquifers, a model already in Orange County! Red outlines are Condos
We will build a new hill between the lake and Banyan. One fish hatchery will be completely underneath a new hill-condo structure. This fish hatchery next to a high school is also a model in use in Orange County for the same Steelhead Trout. This fish is federally targeted (10M to 500...) so we can use that to fund our projects, with proper design.
The park that covers the 210 will include a stream to connect the flows from Deer and Day Creeks. The yellow just means place where Hillment could go. The little yellow line is where im trying to convince my neighbors to make our backyards into the public park so we can put another waterfall.

In the south, we will replicate our hill-themed condo model over the top of the warehouses, so we can fully filter the emissions from these regions. We can partner with Ontario and Fontana to extend this model between our cities.

The slope of these hills needs to be slow enough for wheel chairs, so the large scale is required to fit many levels inside.
Because our giant new hills condos will be designed as dampenders (brakes/suspension) for earthquakes, our city will begin to have a wall of land-wave breakers. Like we build at the beach for the water waves! Through our work with the SCAG along the 210 and throughout the Inland Empire, we will have lots of earthquake-breakers between our homes and our nearest faults.
The condos themselves will be designed to last as long as mountains, that will make the condo part easiest. Prices on condo will range from $80,000-$4M+ (mini castles are allowed to pop out but no private surface gardens).

Don't worry about traffic we will work with the billionaire building the sky tram in Los Angles and just continue the project from Union Station, through the Dodger stadium, then over the 210 to ours.
That hill in the distance is not our city, I just thought they should have a castle there--ofc they are trying to build warehouses instead ahaha ON THE MONTAIN CREST, anyways cross your fingers for Joz over in Fontana she will pause that project for now. The pyramid you can see on our hill above, and we would see the castle from the seats!! that's why the hole... it will start at the feild.
The red box on the left is a new Sky Deck Valley Viewing Center, with dining and shops--no roads will go there, so no housing on the left. On the right is the Stadium, which can be any design we decide, there will be many underground tunnels to access it and you can see the housing plans above for the region.
All roads under the Arial Tram will be converted to Federally Protected Wildlife Habitat. Roads will be tunneled underground on multiple levels (with fun water features).

"How will you pay for all of this?" The best part of the federally protected habitat is the funding that comes with it, combined with road money, transit funds, there are many categories of grants our projects qualify for.
I will also build us a robot to pick up trash (WALL E) and then sell it to other cities to generate revenue for us! There are lots of projects like that I can do for revenue (I set the curve in my mechatronics class).
